  (1)开业前期,客房经理按楼层分别统计房间数和房间内所需布草总数,注意同一品名不同大小布草需要分开单独统计,并按照1: 3的配比比例进行布草统购(房间使用一套,工作间一套,洗涤周转一套)。

It is important to note that linens of the same name but different sizes need to be separately counted and purchased in a 1:3 ratio (one set for each room, one set for each workspace, and one set for laundry turnover).

  (2)布草到位后直接分配至各楼层。各楼层工作间张贴《楼层布草配比表》,配比比例 1: 3,配齐布草后交由楼层服务员管理,工作间布草架需张贴布草名称标签分类摆放。

  客房经理每月最后一天统计各楼层报废布草品种和数量,填写《棉织品报废报损汇总表》提交财务人事经理提出申购并补足。客房经理每月月底制作《棉织品盘点表》,发现可用布草数量不足配比时也需提出申购。

  On the last day of each month, the room manager shall count the types and quantities of scrapped linen on each floor, fill out the "Cotton Fabric Scrap Report Summary Form", and submit it to the finance and human resources manager for application and supplementation.   步骤二、布草正确使用

  1、干净布草

  (1)楼层工作间布草架上不能堆放任何杂物,需要时刻保持布草架整洁,同时配备拉帘,防止灰尘沾染干净布草。如果当地卫生局有更严格的规定,须按照当地相关要求存放布草。

  (1) No debris should be piled up on the floor workroom linen rack. The linen rack should be kept clean at all times and equipped with curtains to prevent dust from contaminating the clean linen. If the local health bureau has stricter regulations, linens must be stored in accordance with relevant local requirements.

  (2)客房工作车要保持清洁,干净布草应按4-6间房量配比摆放在准确位置。

  (2) The guest room work vehicle should be kept clean, and clean linens should be placed in accurate positions according to the ratio of 4-6 rooms.

  2、脏布草

  2. Dirty linen

  客房服务员需将脏布草撤到布草间脏布草桶或框内,严禁直接扔在地上,清点脏布草时,也不能将脏布草直接扔在地上清点。若发现脏布草有沾染墨水渍、染发剂、鞋油渍、口红渍等,需要与其它脏布草分开放置。

  客房服务员做房收集脏布草——一般清洗、特殊污渍返洗布草分类放置——洗涤公司分楼层接收脏布草——双方清点脏布草数量和品类——洗涤公司封装脏布草并及时运走——双方核对数量和品类无误后在单据上签字。

  The room attendant collects dirty linens in the room - for general cleaning and special stain return cleaning, the linens are classified and placed - the laundry company receives dirty linens on different floors - both parties count the quantity and category of dirty linens - the laundry company packages the dirty linens and transports them away in a timely manner - both parties sign the documents after verifying the quantity and category.

  (1)更换客房布草

  客房服务员在做房时更换脏布草,并在《客房工作表》中填入换洗布草的数量,如有洗涤不干净或损坏的布草应单独打结处理。

  (2)分类存放脏布草

  ②洗涤须出具《布草洗涤清单》,客房服务员需将《楼层布草统计日报表》与《布草洗涤清单》进行核对,双方确认无误后签字确认。

  ② The laundry must provide a 'Linen Laundry List', and the housekeeping staff must verify the 'Floor Linen Statistics Daily Report' with the 'Linen Laundry List'. After both parties confirm that it is correct, they must sign and confirm.

  2、布草接收流程

  (2)干净布草需用布草袋装,收口扎紧,运送时布草不落地。

  (3)抽查5%的布草清洗情况,特殊洗涤布草每条查看。

  (4)楼层服务员负责清点,将实际数量记入《楼层统计日报表》中“接收数”一栏,核对是否与“送洗数”一致,若缺少,则将缺少数量记入“洗涤厂欠”一栏,让洗涤公司人员签字确认,并要求洗涤公司及时归还。

  (5)送洗布草客房服务员在清点布草时,严禁将布草直接放置在地面清点。如果确实有放置在地面的需要,必须提前准备报废报损的床单或被套铺设在地面避免布草落地。

  (5) When the room attendant is counting the laundry linen, it is strictly prohibited to place the linen directly on the ground for counting. If there is indeed a need to place it on the ground, it is necessary to prepare scrapped bed sheets or duvet covers in advance and lay them on the ground to prevent the cloth from falling to the ground.

  (6)若洗涤公司未及时归还,楼层服务员需一直记录洗涤公司欠数,直到其归还。所有的布草应该有日期和生产厂商,如果没有及时报告给财务和店长,楼层布草的收发均由楼层服务员负责,责任到人。从楼层服务员分配到楼层开始,就将该楼层的布草总数清点清楚,并且请该服务员签字确认,布草的洗涤交接均由该服务员本人和布草洗涤公司收发布草人员签字确认。每月进行一次布草盘点,布草缺失或者非正常损坏,均由该楼层服务员负责赔偿。

  (6) If the washing company fails to return it in a timely manner, the floor attendant shall keep a record of the amount owed by the washing company until it is returned. All linens should have a date and manufacturer. If not reported to the finance and store manager in a timely manner, the receiving and delivery of floor linens should be the responsibility of the floor attendant, and the responsibility should be attributed to individuals. From the moment the floor attendant is assigned to a floor, the total number of linens on that floor will be counted clearly and the attendant will be asked to sign and confirm. The handover of linen washing will be signed and confirmed by the attendant themselves and the personnel responsible for collecting and releasing linens from the linen washing company. Conduct a linen inventory once a month, and the floor attendant is responsible for compensating for any missing or abnormal damage to the linen.

  布草抽检:

  毛巾/浴巾/地巾:查看巾体有无勾缝、起球,表面是否洗净;

  Towels/bath towels/floor towels: Check if there are any seams or pilling on the towel body, and if the surface is clean;

  床单/被套/枕套:查看是否熨烫平整,表面是否洗净;

  Bed sheets/duvet covers/pillowcases: check if they are ironed flat and if the surface is clean;

  重污/返洗布草:送洗时要求洗涤公司洗涤完成后单独打包送到,可根据布草的问题区域进行检查。

  Heavy pollution/backwash linen: When sending for washing, it is required that the washing company pack and send the linen separately after washing, and inspection can be carried out according to the problem area of the linen.

  (1)楼层服务员发现布草出现发黄发乌、破损、边线开裂、毛边和烂边情况,及时报告客房经理。每月26号,客房经理到各酒店楼层,检查报废布草,将达到报废标准的布草统一收齐,填写《棉制品报废报损汇总表》,递交酒店财务人事经理和店长审批报废审批。

  (1) The floor attendant found that the linen had yellowing, blackening, damage, cracked edges, rough edges, and rotten edges, and promptly reported to the room manager. On the 26th of each month, the room manager goes to each hotel floor to inspect the scrapped linen, collects all the linen that meets the scrapping standards, fills out the "Cotton Product Scrap Report Summary Form", and submits it to the hotel's finance and personnel manager and store manager for approval of scrapping.

  注意:布草报废处理的方法包括:改做抹布、工程使用、铺地毯或者出售等。
